You can do anything in Ubuntu that you can do with Mac & Windows, you just have different tools.

Recently a data security firm, Imperva, analyzed around 32 million passwords that had been exposed in a hack of the RockYou Web site.
In December last year, a hacker breached the web site's database and gained access to all of its 32 million users unencrypted usernames and passwords. After a study of the security breach, Imperva put together a list of the most commonly used passwords.

Deleting Windows temporary files can help to speed up your PC & free up a little space. The following is a batch file I wrote to help me with routine maintenance. Copy & paste it in notepad.exe & save the file as "deltmp.bat". To run the file, just double click it & watch the list of deleted files grow.
