Two users at two totally different locations were looking for map-type information for two completely different reasons.  User 1 wanted a picture of the United States with all 50 states on it for a presentation that they were developing.  User 2 wanted a map to assist in planning their travel itinerary.  What they really had in common was that BOTH of them downloaded and installed software for these tasks... the same software.

The name of what they installed escapes me now, but it was a package that included toolbars, smilies, and other nonsense.  Oops, no maps here!

Suspecting that it was laced with spyware, I uninstalled the software and thoroughly checked the computers associated with each user.  All seemed okay, but what I couldn't figure out was how both of these unrelated users managed to find and install the SAME crapware.  I pointed User 1 to Google's image search and the other to Google Maps.  They were both able to quickly find what they needed with a little help, no extra software required!
