When you login to windows, do you get logged out immediately? Every time I have seen this problem it has been caused by malware. The steps below have always worked for me.

1. Remove all viruses (Best done from another PC).
2. Verify userinit.exe and winlogon.exe are in the correct location (Best done from another PC or LiveCD).
